Our microcube promises stable contact with the ever narrow electrode pitch resulting from higher and higher LCD and EL performance. Our microcube is a ceramic block type vertical pin block that has a proprietary shaped tip. Thanks to our proprietary contact tip and microfabrication technology we can handle pitches as narrow as "zigzag 20 um" and "serial 40 ?um." In addition, each pin has independent spring to enable a unified contact with all the electrodes. This also makes it possible to perform maintenance on individual pins. Also, we also have testing devices which are equipped with microcubes and we also carry testing devices that can be used not just for panels unit testing but also module testing as well.
