A customer needed to perform high-precision 4-terminal (Kelvin) resistance measurements on extremely small electronic components.
Standard probes were either too large or not precise enough, making accurate measurements difficult and unreliable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We proposed a pencil-type design with a customized probe tip shape tailored to the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Results & Benefits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Instead of enclosing the entire body in engineering plastic, we fixed only the tip with resin and adopted an off-the-shelf grip for the handle. This allowed us to reduce costs.
Additionally, by using a transparent body, the user can visually check for issues such as wire breakage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Designed for connection with current and voltage testers (e.g., from HIOKI, KIKUSUI, and other brands), this pencil-type probe supports a variety of inspection tasks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
