Their requirements could not be met with existing products, and they needed a solution that was not only custom-sized but also easy to attach and detach—unlike typical connectors, which often require significant force to plug in and unplug.
Our Solution
Seiken proposed a tailor-made pin block as a connector substitute, developed through precision probe technology and advanced resin processing. Instead of relying on a rigid connector fit, the design uses probe contact via pressure, enabling smooth attachment and removal without the hassle of conventional connectors.
