Flat panel lighting inspection unit consists of a panel setting base, a fixture to contact electrodes and a mechanism to press the fixture. The lighting test is conducted in the cell process and in the module process. We offer our inspection units for lighting test in both processes. We also offer the unit with a backlight for LCD and OLED testing if you require.

About Flat Panel Display

Flat panel display such as LCD and OLED is electric viewing technologies used for mobile devices such as smartphone, digital camera and car navigation. A contact probe contacts with a panel exterior electrode and Flat panel display lighting inspection is mainly conducted by a contact with a panel exterior electrode and lighting on the panel to determine if the panel passes the testing. There are various different panels in size, numbers of electrodes and pitch in accordance with the usage. We design FPD lighting units with flexible support to meet your specifications
